Germanna - 4 Trails, Garden & Salubria House
Germanna’s colonial and Civil War-era historic sites are open to the public during daylight hours, year-round.

The wide open spaces provide ample space to explore and nature watch. There are trails, a river for fishing and campgrounds nearby.

These caverns are located inside a park, you also have access to multiple shelters with picnic tables, a playground, walking and biking trails, and public restrooms. They also have a seasonal outdoor pool and mini golf available.
Easy family access to high elevation views with hiking trails and the occasional wild pony!
A beautiful wooded area surrounds a 108 acre lake with campgrounds, cabins, hiking trails, boat launch, biking trails and a beach area.

This lake offers beautiful views with a 1.5 mile stroll around the lake, wildlife, and fishing.

Monroe Park - Gold Mining Museum
Tour the area, enjoy "gold mining", have a picnic, and play on the playground.

A gorgeous walk along paths formed under the 215-foot bridge, alongside Cedar Creek. Pass a Monacan Indian village, saltpeter cave, lost river and end at a beautiful waterfall.
Shenandoah Valley was once the floor of a great inland sea. As the sea receded, nature created these amazing rock formations!

This is the highest point in VA that you can access via a vehicle. On a clear day, you can see VA, West VA, TN, and/or NC from the top of the elevation.

TransAmerica Bicycle Trail - Section 12: The last section of the cross-country biking trail passes through the Blue Ridge. This 368-mile section starts in Christiansburg, VA, and ends in Yorktown, VA.
