Whitetop Mountain is the 2nd highest Mountain in VA with an elevation of 5520 feet. It's the highest point in VA that you can access via a vehicle. From the top elevation - Buzzards Rock, on a clear day, you can see VA, West VA, TN, and/or NC. The hike may be a little difficult for younger children or inexperienced hikers.

There is no entry fee. Campgrounds are located nearby.
Located in Grayson County, VA off 81, it's about a 5 hour drive from Fredericksburg.
