Choose between a buffet dinner with seatings at 8 PM or 9 PM, or the 10 PM entrance package - both options include a champagne toast at midnight and access to the exhibit.

Package A ($65)*: A delectable buffet featuring a Chipotle Beef Flank Steak carving station will be available at two seating times: 8 PM and 9 PM.

Grilled Flank Steak carved and served with caramelized onions and creamed spinach
OLD BAY SEASONED COCKTAIL SHRIMP
Jumbo Shrimp served with fresh lemons and cocktail sauce
CHICKEN MARENGO
Seasoned Chicken pan seared then braised with white wine, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, garlic and fresh herbs
ROASTED SALMON
Atlantic Salmon roasted and dressed with saffron - chardonnay sauce
CHEDDAR AND GREEN ONION MASHED POTATOES
Red Duke of York potatoes steamed and whipped with buttermilk, Tillamook cheddar and green onions
ROASTED BRUSSEL SPROUTS
Fresh brussel sprouts rubbed with olive oil and simply seasoned and roasted with bacon and onions
