Join Potomac Festival for our Trick-or-Treat event on Saturday, October 23, from 2:00-4:00pm!

This event is FREE to the public and is sure to provide Fall fun for all ages! Enjoy music, trick-or-treating, pumpkin decorating, caricature artist and more!

The first 300 people to stop by our event table will receive a free trick-or-treat bag and a few surprises from Potomac Festival merchants.
