Sometimes the best recommendations don’t come from websites—they come from the families who are actually out there playing, exploring, and discovering the hidden gems in our community.
That’s exactly why we need your help.
Here in the Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, and Stafford area, we’re lucky to have so many amazing parks and playgrounds—but no one knows them better than you. Maybe you’ve found the playground with the best shade on a hot day, the park with the cleanest bathrooms (a true win!), or that tucked-away spot that never seems too crowded. Those are the kinds of details other local families really want to know.
We’re currently updating our Parks & Playgrounds Guide, and we want it to reflect real experiences from real families—not just a list of locations.
So we’re asking:
- Do you have a favorite park your kids beg to visit?
- A go-to playground for different age groups?
- A hidden gem you almost don’t want to share (but know you should 😉)?
