Founded by former local high school art teacher Tricia “Figgy” Atkinson, Figure 8 Ink Studios has been a unique creative hub in our community for 10 amazing years. While known for stunning tattoos, expert piercings, and trendy tooth gems, there’s much more happening inside (and next door to) this private studio space.
🎨 Art Classes for All Ages
Figure 8’s adjoining Art Classroom is home to weekly art classes that focus on exploration, creativity, and traditional art foundations. Whether your child loves to draw, paint, or just experiment with new materials, they’ll feel right at home. Classes are project-based and designed to meet each young artist where they are—making this the perfect after-school, summer, or weekend activity.

☀️ Summer Art Camps
Looking for something fresh and creative to do this summer? Figure 8’s summer art camps are the perfect blend of fun and learning.
- Week 1: June 9–13 for ages 10–16
- Week 2: June 16–20 for ages 5–9
- Time: 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Theme: Recycled Art — a hands-on way to explore eco-conscious creativity!
Campers will get to create imaginative projects while learning new techniques in a supportive and inspiring environment.

Planning a birthday, team-building event, or just want to get your friends together for something different? Figure 8 Ink Studios also hosts custom paint parties that are as fun as they are creative! All skill levels are welcome, and classes are broken down into easy-to-follow steps so everyone can leave with a masterpiece—and a big smile.
