When you shop at a local farmer's market, not only do you get a great product, but you are also supporting local farms, businesses, and families. Local Farmer's Markets have so much to offer. Although they are known for their great variety of local produce, they also sell many other products including honey, mushrooms, eggs, raised meat, coffee, bread, sweet treats, and more.
I love visiting the Farmer's Market because not only do I find great seasonal fruits and veggies, but it's a great place to bump into friends! Grab your family and find a new favorite fruit or veggie this season!

- 40+ vendors sell fresh produce, plants, baked goods, meat, seafood, eggs, and more from local businesses.

- While you're at the market, be sure to visit the Community Cooks Tent and the Master Gardener booth.
- POP Club: Power of Produce Club
- Kids ages 3-10 years
- Runs June-August
- Participate in kids activities and crafts related to food
- Taste or explore a new fruit or veggie each week.

3) The Farmer's Market at Hurkamp Park

This farmer's market is open rain or shine and has multiple operating seasons plus some special events:
- Main Market Season: Open Saturdays from April 13, 2024 - October 26, 2024 from 7AM to 1PM.
- Weekdays: Open Monday-Friday from January 15 - December 17, 2024 from 8AM to 1PM. During this time all vendors may not be there every day.
- Extended Season: November 2 - December 28, 2024 on Saturdays from 8AM to 1PM. This market has a variety of vendors selling farm fresh produce, baked goods, and ready-to-eat food.

- May 4th: Star Wars Theme with a scavenger hunt & giveaway
- May 11: Mother's Day at the Market - flower giveaway and Children's Market including crafts, art and more
