Just because kids don't have a teacher giving them a reading assignment doesn't mean they should abandon their books until the fall. Reading is such an important skill but sometimes it's difficult to keep your children reading during the summer. Because of this, Macaroni Kid Fredericksburg has partnered with local businesses to give kids an incentive to read!
Here's how it works:
1) Visit one of the local businesses listed below to pick up your bookmark. 2) Check the back of your bookmark for awesome discounts. 3) Read 6 books and write them down on your bookmark. 4) Take your completed bookmark to Fun Land of Fredericksburg. The front desk will scan your bookmark and give you a $5 Play Card! 5) Enjoy a fun day at Fun Land with your family! |  |
