Germanna’s colonial and Civil War-era historic sites are open to the public during daylight hours, year-round. This includes 4 Trails, Germanna Memorial Garden and Salubria. You can also visit the Visitor Center, Museum & Library (Please call ahead as this building closed for COVID)
Trails:
Blue Trail - a relatively flat trail overlooking the Rapidan River. About 0.7 miles one way.
Orange Trail - .58 mile looping trail that begins flat but has a sharp descent to the river.
Red Trail - 3 mile long, one way, trail running along the Rapidan River and through the Siegen Forest. (no parking available at this trailhead)
Chimney & Witness Trail - A half-mile, almost flat, one-way trail.

Germanna Memorial Garden - located behind the Visitor Center the Memorial Garden provides a quiet, shaded area.
Salubria - Home built in the 18th century. Tours by appointment only.
