For 30 years, Healthy Kids Day has been where fun and play become lifelong memories. Mark your calendar for Saturday, April 30 for an action-packed day of healthy and fun activities that celebrate kids being kids at your local Y branch! Healthy Kids Day is always free and open to both our members and the community.
The event runs from 10am – 1pm at the Ron Rosner YMCA, 5700 Smith Station Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22407.
FREE activities, including:
- Classes: Kids Dance, Kids Fitness Class, Kids Bootcamp, Kids Yoga, Kids Stretch
- Kids Hike
- Free throw & 3 Point Contest
- Sand Volleyball Demo
- Martial Arts Demo
- BINGO Raffle Game
- We will be joined by the Spotsylvania Animal Shelter, Smart Beginnings Rappahannock Area, Germanna Community College, Intercept Health Treatment Fostercare, Carter Bank & Trust, Spotsylvania County Public Schools.
$0 registration fee for Summer Camp if you register on Healthy Kids Day (deposit still required).
