The race for young runners 17 and under will take place in downtown Fredericksburg on June 6th. The race will be run on Sophia Street this year with the first runners starting at 7:30 am. The event is building up to be the largest running event in Fredericksburg in over a year! Register Now!

Juneteenth
Juneteenth marks the date Texas slaves were told in 1865 that they were free — two and a half years after Abraham Lincoln issued the Emancipation Proclamation.
