Our family loves eggs. They are delicious and nutritious, plus they are easy to cook . We go through a couple dozen eggs or more a week! So, how do we use so many eggs? Easy!
Scrambled eggs, fried eggs, omelets, hard boiled, in a salad, on top of a burger, deviled eggs, egg salad and more. One of our favorite egg dishes is Easy Egg Crock Pot Casserole. It's great because you can prepare it at night and it's ready when you wake up. It makes busy school mornings easy, and is a great addition to a holiday morning.
