RECIPE: Sheet pan chicken fajitas

Looking for a quick and delicious dinner? Well you’ve found the right place! This is an easy meal that everyone will love.


  • 1lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts 
  • 4 tsp taco seasoning, divided 
  • 2 tsp olive oil, divided 
  • 2 green bell peppers, seeded and thinly sliced 
  • 1 large red onion, thinly sliced 
  • 8  (6-inch) flour tortillas 

Suggested Toppings: (optional)

  • diced tomatoes
  • shredded cheese
  • salsa
  • sour cream


  1. Preheat the oven to 425℉. 
  2. Cut the chicken into thin strips and add to a medium bowl, along with 3 tsp taco season and 1 tbs oil.
  3. Toss until well coated. Arrange on one side of a large rimmed baking sheet.
  4. Toss the peppers and onion with remaining 1 tbsp oil and 1 tsp taco seasoning. 
  5. Season with salt and pepper. 
  6. Scatter in an even layer next to chicken. 
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
  8. When ready to serve, wrap the tortillas in damp paper towels and microwave 1-2 minutes, until warm and pliable. 
  9. Toss chicken and peppers together. 
  10. Serve in tortillas with your choice of toppings.
