This summer hasn't been what you thought it was going to be. You had fun things lined up to do, volunteer hours scheduled, vacations planned and all of that came to a screeching halt. Macaroni Kid Fredericksburg is here to help - with the volunteer hours! We are looking for a couple Junior Reporters who are interested in contributing to our weekly newsletter. Here's what we're looking for:
- Articles about events and happenings in Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania and Stafford County
- Articles about things that inspire you
- Book/Movie/Game Reviews
- Craft/recipe demo articles
- Social Media post ideas / graphics
- Ideas for games / contests
- Short stories / poetry
- Your Ideas!
Want to create a series of dance videos to share weekly? Maybe you have a great list of 'must have camping supplies'? Do you like to create your own recipes? Have great ideas on how to find college scholarships? Top 5 best baits for catching fish? Tips on writing essays? Want to make a series of "summer camp" activities for kids to do virtually? We're game!
We are open to ideas - so tell us what you'd like to do!
