Happy New Year!
I hope that you and yours had a wonderful New Years Celebration! We had a yummy dinner and watched fireworks over the ocean - it was wonderful!
As you're getting ready to send the kids back to school, but sure to take a moment to wash backpacks, coats, hats, scarfs, lunchboxes, etc. This is the best way to prevent germs and illness from spreading around the school!
Also, if you have younger kids who need a change of clothing at school or daycare, it's a good time to make sure you have weather appropriate clothing and supplies. It's also helpful to ask teachers if they are in need of additional supplies. You'd be surprised how many tissues kids use in school!
