The Elf on the Shelf has returned and this time at IHOP! Bringing with him a brand new, fun-filled, holiday menu!
Every year my kids are so excited about the return of The Elf On The Shelf! They ask over and over when he will return and they welcome him with open arms. Ok, well not literally, because we all know that you can’t touch the elf - but boy are they happy! This year The Elf on the Shelf is headed to IHOP and IHOP invites you to join them for The Elf on The Shelf Welcome Home Breakfast! This yummy breakfast celebration runs from November 29 – December 1, 2019. Kids who come in during this event will receive a free elf-themed activity sheet! My kiddos and I headed to IHOP this week and The Elf On The Shelf menu was already in full swing, so of course we just had to try it! (We’ll need to try it again for The Elf On The Shelf Welcome Back Breakfast, too, of course). Each of my little elves got a Little Elves Combo – one with Jolly Cakes (they are green!) and two Oh What Funnel Cakes. Both choices were a total hit and the Jolly Cakes disappeared before I could even ask for a taste!
After everyone finished their meals, we just had to give the Merry Marshmallow Hot Chocolate a try and it was delicious! This rich hot chocolate was covered in toasted marshmallow syrup with whipped topping and shimmery elf sprinkles. Perfect on a cold evening!
The full menu for The Elf On The Shelf is available now through January 1, 2020, including Jolly Cakes, Oh What Funnel Cakes, Holiday Ham and Sausage Omelets, Merry Marshmallow Hot Chocolate and a Little Elves Combo!
